Japanese collectibles are sold in versions. The same line comes back in another colour, another model, a store-exclusive run, or a re-release years later, and the only thing separating two boxes on a shelf is a few words on the label. This page puts the 3 Bandai Meets Tamagotchi pieces we physically have in stock side by side, using nothing but what is written on our own listings and what our own photographs show.
What we can tell you, and what we cannot
We are a secondhand shop, not an archive. We can show you the exact piece we hold, the wording the listing carries, the model code and year where those are printed on the item or the box, and what we are asking for it. We are not going to tell you which release came first, how many were made, or which one is scarcer, because we cannot verify any of that from the piece in our hands, and a guess dressed up as a fact is worse than saying nothing. Where a column below is blank, it is blank because the information is not printed on what we have.
These are different releases that sit next to each other in the same line. We are not claiming any two of them are the same item in a different printing.

Of the 3 pieces listed above, 0 carry a model code we could read from the listing and 1 carry a year. Those two fields are the ones collectors use to pin a release down, which is why we surface them instead of a description.
How to tell versions apart yourself
Work from the object outwards. The model code, usually printed small on the box end or the base, is the most reliable identifier. After that comes the wording on the label itself: a colour name, a store or event name, or a run description. Photographs of the actual piece beat any description, which is why every listing we publish shows the item we are holding rather than a manufacturer render.

Our stock is whatever we physically hold, so the exact version you are hunting may not be on the site today. Tell us which one on our sourcing request page — line, colour, model code, year if you know it — and we will look for it through our Japanese supply channels.
