Frequently Asked Questions
Where does this piece ship from?
It ships from Japan with a tracking number. We hold the piece ourselves — we are not drop-shipping it from a third party. See our shipping policy for delivery times and carriers.
How do you check that it is genuine?
Every piece is inspected by hand in Japan before it is listed, and the condition is documented with our own photos of the actual item (the photos on this page and on the product page are of this piece, not stock images).
How should I read the condition?
Our Condition & Market Liquidity Guide explains what each condition term means for this category and how strongly it affects resale.
How is the price decided?
We price against our own recorded sales rather than someone else’s asking prices. The underlying figures — with sample sizes and the date they were measured — are published on our market price data page.
What if it is not right when it arrives?
See our returns policy, or contact us before you buy if you want extra photos of a specific detail.
In the Secondhand Market
On the secondhand market, well-kept Pokemon pieces often hold collector interest, though individual results always depend on condition, edition and timing.
A real reference from our own recorded sales: Pokemon Colosseum Double Battle e+ Full Complete R sold for $1,300 (one of our own sales — an individual result, not a guaranteed value).
Want to judge value and how easily a piece sells? Our Condition & Market Liquidity Guide pairs our own recorded sold prices with a market-liquidity read for each category and series — all first-party data, with sample sizes shown.
